Architectural concept of a Tower building placed in the area of Al Barsha South in Dubai.
The main destination of the building is commercial (first 3 floors) and offices (remaining 8 floors) for a total of 11 floors above the ground and 3 floors under the ground used as car parking place.
The architectural composition consists of 3 volumes that penetrate into each other and rely on a basement of irregular shape.
The materials used for the facade are transparent glass of blue colour with sun protective filters and white varnished aluminium.
The architectonical project has covered the common spaces such as the hall and the lift rooms. The hall is characterized by a scenographic wave in absolute black marble that, starting from the external entrance flooring, goes into the hall and from here upwards on the walls as far as the ceiling.
The construction began in November 2007 and the building was inaugurated in June 2009.
