Architectural concept of a tower-building placed in the area of Al Barsha South in Dubai.
The building is mainly used for commercial purposes (first 3 floors) and offices (remaining 8 floors) for a total of 11 floors above the ground and 3 floors under the ground used as car parking place.
The architectural composition consists of 3 volumes that penetrate into each other and rely on a basement of irregular shape.
The materials used for the facade are transparent glass of blue colour with sun protective filters and white varnished aluminium
The construction began in November 2007 and the Tower was inaugurated in June 2009.

The T-COM Tower is located in Dubai, Al Barsha South.
This is an office building 2B+G+3P+11TYP.
